Refund policy
At ForeverST, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise the responsibility of ForeverST, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error on our part.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photos showing the issue so we can review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
4. Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and, after the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
